Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and open hood to access grille area.
- If replacing old hardware, apply rust-penetrant spray to existing screws and allow to soak per product instructions.
- Carefully remove old screws using the correct screwdriver or socket, keeping any clips or washers for re-use if still serviceable.
- Position the grille bar correctly in the mounting location, aligning all mounting holes.
- Start each replacement screw by hand to ensure proper thread engagement and avoid cross-threading.
- Tighten screws evenly in a cross pattern where applicable until snug. Do not overtighten; use a torque wrench if desired to achieve consistent clamping.
- Re-check grille alignment and adjust as needed, then fully tighten screws to secure the grille bars.
- Close the hood and inspect the grille for fit and vibration-free seating after a short test drive.
