Make Loading and Unloading Easier with Baja Designs
If you’ve ever found yourself fumbling around in the bed of your Tacoma or Tundra after sunset, you know how frustrating it is not being able to see what you’re doing. The Baja Designs Bed Rail Cargo Light Kit for 2005-2026 Toyota Tacoma and Tundra trucks is a simple, smart solution that adds serious lighting exactly where it matters. This version features white-output rock lights, giving you a crisp, clear view of your entire bed—whether you’re organizing gear, unloading tools, or setting up camp. Rock lights, originally designed to illuminate the ground beneath off-road vehicles, are compact, tough, and built to shine in tight, rugged spaces. When mounted along the bed rails, they offer both functional lighting and a clean, custom look. They tuck in neatly without cluttering your truck’s lines, and the result is subtle until you flip the switch–then the bed lights up with 1,600 lumens of bright, usable light. What’s more, the white version is the way to go if you’re looking for maximum brightness. It floods the bed with neutral, high-visibility light that makes it easy to find small items or read labels on gear. It’s ideal for work use, daily driving, or any situation where clarity matters more than ambiance. While red lighting is great for preserving night vision or minimizing bug attraction, white light gives you that daylight-like clarity when you just want to see everything clearly and quickly.
Simple and Hassle-Free Install
The install process is well thought out. The lights mount directly to the factory utility track system using included hangers, so you won’t need to drill or make any permanent modifications. Baja includes a dedicated wiring harness with an in-cab toggle switch, plus a 10-foot extension for added flexibility. Whether you’re wiring it to a switch panel or just want something simple and standalone, everything you need is in the box. Build quality is also what you’d expect from Baja Designs–rugged and overbuilt in the best way. These rock lights are made to survive off-road abuse, so bed duty is a walk in the park. They’re weatherproof, impact-resistant, and built to keep shining through all kinds of conditions. Backed by a lifetime limited warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you can install them with total confidence.
