Make Your Super Duty Ready for Bigger Tires and Rugged Terrain

If you’re building your 2023-2026 Ford F250 or F350 4WD diesel truck for off-road action, the Zone Offroad 5-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 shocks is a smart, well-rounded upgrade. This kit is designed to give you the clearance and geometry to confidently run up to 37-inch tires while maintaining control and comfort on and off the trail. The front lift is handled by full-length diesel-specific coil springs, tuned to handle the weight of the 6.7L Power Stroke while delivering a smooth, predictable ride across changing terrain. With five inches of lift, your Super Duty gains the extra height needed to improve breakover angles and take on deeper ruts, steeper hills, and uneven ground without scraping or bottoming out.

Radius Arm Strength with FOX Damping Control

Zone replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with a pair of heavy-duty fabricated arms built for serious use. These arms bolt directly into the factory mounting points but offer more ground clearance and improved strength. They also maintain proper caster alignment at the new ride height, which helps your truck feel more stable and predictable, especially when you’re carrying speed through choppy trails or towing off-road. The forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket work together to recenter the axle and correct steering angles, which is critical when lifting a solid front axle truck. Paired with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks, the suspension is able to soak up harsh hits without losing control. These monotube shocks use an internal floating piston to keep the nitrogen and oil separate, providing more consistent damping, better rebound control, and improved fade resistance under aggressive use.

Balanced Lift with Trail-Ready Durability

In the rear, a fabricated steel block kit lifts the back end to match the front and maintains the truck’s natural load-carrying capabilities. This version is specifically designed for trucks without rear overload leaf springs, so you won’t need to worry about compatibility or fitment issues. The 5-inch front and matching rear setup gives your truck a level stance that works well whether you’re empty, loaded down with gear, or towing off-road. Like all Zone Offroad kits, this system is designed for bolt-on installation, so there’s no cutting or welding required. The hardware is strong, the components are finished to handle the elements, and everything is engineered to work together seamlessly. On top of that, the kit is backed by Factory Protection Plus, which includes a five-year, 60,000-mile drivetrain warranty and a limited lifetime warranty on the parts. If you’re building your Super Duty for the long haul, on the road or off, this lift kit gives you the clearance, control, and confidence to push harder.

Vehicle Fitment: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD 6.7L Diesel

Application Notes:

  1. Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
  2. When adding the Dual Stabilizer option, you will get the dual opposing steering stabilizer in addition to the single OE Replacement.
  3. Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
  4. Some trucks with a rear drive-line vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure, Zone recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
  5. Does not fit vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors.
  6. Fits SRW models only
  7. Recalibration of your vehicles Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of the vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
