This component is a 2 1/2″ Therm Style Union Gasket Only designed for installation with 2 1/2″ heater or pump unions in your spa system.
When working with 2 1/2″ heaters or pumps, please verify measurements carefully as Global offers two distinct sizes of 2 1/2″ gaskets with different specifications.
This particular gasket features dimensions of 3 1/4″ O.D. x 2 3/4″ I.D. with a lip measuring 3 1/8″ center to center. The alternative version available measures 3 1/4″ O.D. x 2 3/8″ I.D. with a 2 7/8″ center to center lip. Among our union gasket offerings, this ranks as the 4th most commonly used size. The 2″ size leads in popularity, followed by 1 1/2″ in second place and 1″ in third. This replacement seal creates a watertight connection between heater tubes and heater unions or between pump unions and pumps in spa plumbing systems.
