This unit is designed to be an exact reproduction of the original negative battery cable used on most 1979-84 model except 1984 with CFI. This unit is 39.50 inches long and features the correct integrated grounding bracket that does not come on most generic cables. This unit features the correct mounting ends on both and battery side as well as the grounding side and includes the correct style thru bolt and nut to ensure a proper fit.
Restoration Note:
This unit is designed off the original D9ZZ-14301-B and D9ZZ-14301-C units that featured the 39.50 inch long length. The original D9ZZ-14301-A unit was only 36.50 inches according to the original Ford text.Please check your application before ordering.
