Cloth covered 1/8 foam padded card stock.Panels are flat base style headliners and not the molded and contoured deluxe version.Colors are not exact to original but are close.Dome light hole is pre-cut on the panel but not cut out on the cloth to account for variations in the placement of the dome light in different years.
