Original GM bumper filler panels were notorious for disintegrating. After a few years and a collision or two, your 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978 or 1979 Nova’s bumper fillers look like they’ve been through a war zone. When they were available the GM replacement bumper fillers were no better. With the flexible fiberglass construction, these bumper fillers replace the old urethane fillers seamlessly.
